To meet rapid post-pandemic growth, they had to overcome low external visibility and fierce competition for talent. Under the banner “Together, We Rise,” we built a flexible, multilingual design system and captured authentic content across three continents. This provided a unified toolkit for seamless, worldwide recruitment.

The films were screened at Shell’s regional Partners in Safety conferences, provoking meaningful discussion among crews, leaders, and stakeholders. By combining authentic frontline experiences with strategic leadership perspectives, the work helped reinforce a shared industry purpose: a safer, more supportive future for every mariner.
